About GTS

Guest Tracking System or GTS was conceived and initiated in the year 2013 by Greater Siliguri Hotelier Welfare Association and The Siliguri Metropolitan Police Commissionarate that automates the collection of all the visitors’ data from the hotels, lodges, and guest houses in Siliguri and sends the same to the Siliguri Metropolitan Police Commissionarate. GTS ensures that the city Police administration has all the information on their fingertips about the people coming and staying in hotels at Siliguri. It automates the process of sharing the guests’ information with the administration and makes the same faster on a real-time basis.
